My struggles

It is the beginning of the self learning clinic and yet so far I have encountered some serious challenges.I had prepared myself mentally but to say the truth when encountered with a challenge and,remembering what is at risk some times your courage disappears. It is for you again to find it back and take control of the situation at hand.Since yesterday there has been no electricity in the place hail from.This was the start of my challenges but at that moment I was relaxed a bit because I had done the backbone part of my challenge one.At the same time I was scared as I know you can never be fully prepared and learning does not stop and you should constantly correct yourself.To add more gravity to my pressure during the weekend I had been so preoccupied with the challenge that I had overlooked my emails and at the back of my mind I knew that the Hangouts video call was scheduled for 10 Am.All that time till morning I knew that the interview was to be held at 10 Am.So during the night I could not really sleep so I spent the better part of the night writing code on pieces of paper using a biro and trying to picture the expected output at the back of my mind.Finally I slept and hatched a plan to wake up very early so that if there was no power supply I would go to a cyber cafe at town very early and charge my laptop and setup for the call.I had planned everything to the exact second as I knew that my laptop barely maintains charge for over one hour so I would return home 30 mins before 10 Am and setup then so that by ten I would be ready.Working within my timelines,I saw it prudent to inform my organizer via email of my predicament so that if anything unexpected happened I would liaise with him and he would give me the way forward.Shock on me on finding out that actually in the email the call had been scheduled at 7 Am to 8 Am.At that moment I panicked and became disoriented.After sometime I composed myself and got into communication with my organizer,who is a very cool and considerate person and he really helped a lot.As a matter of fact the video call had not yet started as he was waiting for everyone to join so that the video call can start.A lot of gratitude to my supervisor and my fellow team mates who really helped me in my struggles.I appreciate my team for the good collaboration,feedback and for being very welcoming.Though it has been a rocky beginning it has not brought me down and I believe that the finish is what matters and I am going to finish strong.Nothing good really comes easy and I am prepared to face every challenge coming my way.As of now I have progressed steadily but also firmly.
