The Scared Cat

I have not been drinking
For one and a half year
During this time I have lost 
A lot of anxiety and fear
I thought drinking would 
Solve a lot
But it was the opposite
It did not
I am grounded 
more and more
I'll think I made a strike
Like a bowling score
When I took 
a drink
My brain 
stopped to think
Clear thoughts are now
In my brain, in my mind
I feel happier 
And more kind
If Drinking is a mess
You better have to stop
And bring back to life
Happiness and hope
Everything you do
You have to live it through
You can't escape 
from that
Like an
Scared cat
And all the things 
life Done to you
You have to live it
Let it pass through
Because if you
Don't do that
You always
Be that scared cat
